Real Estate Services - Design, Production And Financing Of The Redevelopment And Exploitation Of Former Rtbf Buildings At The Palais Des Congrès De Liège. The Purpose Of The Concession Is The Design, Realization And Financing Of The Redevelopment, As Well As The Exploitation Of The Former Rtbf Buildings At The Palais Des Congrès De Liège (Hereinafter The Good). I.G.I.L. Wishes To Provide, By This Competition, To The Maximum Financial Valuation Of The Property, But Without Neglecting The Quality Of The Real Estate Project, Both In Heritage, Cultural, Urban And Architectural Terms And In Terms Of Energy Performance, That The Contractor Undertakes To Achieve It According To The Functional Programming And The Realization Calendar Described In Its Offer (Hereinafter The Project). I.G.I.L. Give The Property In Emphyteosis To The Contractor So That He Realizes The Project On The Property. The Contract, Of Which The Term-Sheet Is Attached In Appendix B.5, Will Be Signed In Private Seating Within Two (2) Months Of The Appointment Of The Contractor And Authenticated After Obtaining The Permit. The Attention Of Tenderers Is Drawn To The Fact That The Project To Redevelop And Exploit The Property Can Relate To Any Activity, However (I) That It Complies With Urban Planning Prescriptions, The Classification Decree Of The Congress Palace As A Monument And The Rights Available To The Concealer On The Property; (Ii) Whether It Is Image Of Image And Contribute, Directly Or Indirectly, To The Development Of Mice Activities And The Attractiveness Of The Liège Metropolis; (Iii) That It Is Coherently And Complementary To Other Nearby Activities (Including Those Of The Palais Des Congrès), But Without Competition With The Activities Of The Palais Des Congrès. The Attention Of Tenderers Is Also Drawn To The Fact That This Concession Concerns Spaces Strictly Distinct From Those Of The Palais Des Congrès Itself And That, Therefore, It Has No Connection With The Exploitation Of The Latter.
