In Order To Carry Out In Good Conditions The Specific Activities, The Ministry Of Transport And Infrastructure, Intends To Purchase Printing, Copying, Fax And Scanning Services That Will Include The Renting Of Equipment, Consumable Insurance (Toner And Exchange Parts) And Ensuring Their Maintenance For Its Headquarters From Dinicu Golescu. The Present Acquisition Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, For A Period Of 48 Months, With The Economic Operator Declared The Winner, After Applying The Award Criterion On The Admissible Offers. Within The Framework Agreement The Economic Operator Will Make Available To The Ministry Of Transport And Infrastructure A Maximum Number Of 220 Multifunctional Printing Equipment, For Which It Will Provide Consumables (Toner And Exchange Parts) And Their Maintenance. The Number Of Equipment Above Is Considered Maximum Necessary, And The Purchaser Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Equipment, In The 48 Contractual Months, With A Maximum Of 30%, Based On A 30 Calendar Days. The Subsequent Public Procurement Contracts Will Be Concluded According To The Available Budget, Only During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement. The Duration Of Subsequent Public Procurement Contracts If Necessary, May Exceed The Validity Of The Framework Agreement. The Lowest Subsequent Contract Will Have The Validity Of One Month, And An Estimated Value Of 34,313.72 Lei Excluding Vat, And The Highest Subsequent Contract Will Have The Validity Of 12 Months, And An Estimated Value Of 411,764.71 Excluding Lei. The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement For 48 Months: - Renting 220 Multifunctional Printing Equipment - Printing Of 7,500,000 Monochrome A4 Pages; - Printing Of 1,200,000 A4 Color Pages; - Scan Of 2,500,000 A4 Pages. The Volume Of Print/Total Scan (48 Months) Does Not Represent Any Contractual Commitment From The Purchaser, But Only Indicative Figures For The Supplier In Order To Develop The Price Offer.
