This Public Procurement Is Intended To Provide External Technical Assistance Through A Team Of Project Management Experts To Assist The Contracting Authority To Carry Out Quality And Effective Management, Coordination, Control And Reporting On The Timely Implementation Of The Activities Under The Project Integrated Territorial Investments (Iti) On The Territory Of The Municipalities Of Lom, Dimovo. Grant Bg16fpr003-2.002 Support For Integrated Urban Development In 40 Urban Municipalities Of The Regions Development Program 2021-2027, Which Is Directly Focused On The Implementation Of Strategic Purposes By The Itsr Of The Cpc. The Main Objective Of The Project Is To Promote Sustainable And Integrated Development On The Territory Of The Three Municipalities And Improve The Main Indicators Of Infrastructure, Living Conditions, Integration Of The Population And Investment Leading To The Reduction Of Carbon Footprint. The Scope Of The Order Includes Main Activities For: Coordination And Project Management; Administrative And Technical Support; Preparation Of Reporting Documents; Financial Management; Providing Support In The Preparation And Conduct Of Public Procurement Procedures Provided For In The Implementation Of The Project; Monitoring And Control Of The Implementation Of The Project; Reporting And Reporting. A Detailed Description Of The Requirements, Activities, Tasks And Scope For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract To Be Carried Out Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Annex 1, An Integral Part Of The Documentation And The Present Instructions For The Public Procurement.
