Tenders are invited for Disposal of Obsolete IT Equipment Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Ltd (TIPER) is a storage facility for bulk storage fuel with its share divided equally between the Government of Tanzania and Oryx Energies (Based in Switzerland). The Company office located at Kigamboni depot site-plot 1, Dar es Salaam-Tanzania. Tanzania International Petroleum Reserves Ltd invites sealed bids(offers) from interested bidders to bid for purchase of different OBSOLETE IT EQUIPMENT including, printers, desktop PCs, monitors etc. as described In the list which follow. The OBSOLETE IT EQUIPMENT will be sold as is where is basic in TIPER. Interested bidders may request for a hardcopy or electronic copy of tender document upon a signed application letter with copy of identity card or national passport and TIN certificate and for a company must also attach certificate of incorporation to the Secretary Of Tender Committee through the following email: [email protected] or by submitting physical copies of their letters to the Procurement Office. Bidders may visit to see the items at TIPER store yard. Site visit will be conducted on Thursday 3rd July, 2025 and Tuesday 8th July, 2025 between 0930 hours and 1130 hours. To attend site visit bidders MUST come with their own personnel protective equipment (PPEs). Minimum PPEs required are steel toe safety boot, workers helmet and cotton overcoat/overall. Bidders who dont come with proper PPEs stated above will not be allowed to enter unto site. It is not allowed for a bidder to bid on behalf of another person or different company. All bids in one original, properly filled in, and enclosed in plain sealed envelopes must be marked Tender No: TP/05/2025/NCB/D15/13 for dispose of OBSOLETE IT EQUIPMENT. Late bids and electronic bids shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances. The deadline of bids for submission shall be 14th July, 2025 at 14.00 hours. Bids Opening shall be conducted on 14th July, 2025 at 14.30 hours. Bidden are invited to attend bids opening meeting. Winners will be those offering the HIGHEST BID PRICE PER EACH ITEM.
