Lathes - Delivery And Assembly Of Two Subtitudes. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Two Sub -Tailored Lathe Numerically Controlled For Processing Wheeled Sets With Additional Equipment And Construction Documentation, Together With Works Covering Dismantling Works, Reconstruction Of The Existing Foundations Of Sub -Tongue Lathe And Installation Of Supplied Lathe In Sections Of The Repair And Operation Of Rolling Stock Repair And Operation Of The Warsaw Grochów And Sochaczew. 2. Details Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract With Attachments, Which Constitute Annex 1 To Swz. 3. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, Which Refer To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, In Accordance With Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Allows The Use Of Solutions Equivalent To Solutions Described In Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, Indicated In Swz And Attachments, If They Allow You To Obtain Features Or Parameters Not Worse Than Cited In Swz And Attachments. In The Case Of Equivalent Solutions, The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate In Writing To Equivalent Technical Parameters Offered In Relation To The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Prove In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of The Means Of Evidence Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions To An Equivalent Extent Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 4. Before Starting To Prepare The Offer, The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Make A Local Vision Of The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Order To Evaluate The Documents And Information Provided Under This Procedure, In Particular Comparison Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Prepared By The Ordering Party In This Procedure Conditions Existing At The Place Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Presence Of A Local Vision Is Obligatory And Must Be Confirmed By An Entry On The Attendance List. The Contractor May Submit An Offer After Completing A Local Vision At The Place Of Performance Of The Contract. The Details Are Included In Chapter Iv Para. 3 Swz.
