The Proposed Ict Project Has As General Objective The Implementation Of An Integrated Digitalization Platform At The Greek Commune, Giurgiu County, In Order To Capitalize On The Advantages Of Digitization For The Benefit Of Citizens, Companies, Organizations And Public Authorities, Through Investments In Innovative Digital Technologies. The Aim Is To Increase The Level Of Efficiency, Transparency, Accessibility And Delivery Of Public Services To Citizens, The Business Environment And Other Institutions By Implementing A Unitary, Integrable System, Which Ensures Intra-Institutional And Inter-Institutional Interoperability, With Innovative And Cyber Safety Elements. The Specific Punctual Objectives That Are To Be Achieved By Implementing The Proposed Project Are The Following: Simplifying The Digital Interactions Between The Uat Greek And Citizens, Companies, Research Organizations And Other Public Administration Institutions To New Digital Services, Optimizing The Internal Activities Of The Greek Commune, Which Contributes To The Provision Of The New Digital Services, The Organizations, Public, Efficient Access To Information With Reducing The Use Of Paper, Modernizing Hardware And Communications Infrastructure, Developing Knowledge And Staff Abilities Within The Greek City Hall, By Specific Training/Training, Related To The Training Of The Staff (Minimum 20 Persons, Of Which 2 Administrators) Who Will Use/Administer/Solutions, Purchased/Used For The Purpose Of Implementing The Project, Including For Cyber Security. The General Objective And The Specific Objectives Of The Project Will Be Met By Implementing An Integrated Digitalization Platform At The Greek Commune Uat Level, Giurgiu County, By: • Providing Equipment, In Accordance With The Requirements In The Specification; • Providing Software Licenses, In Accordance With The Requirements In The Specifications; • Providing It Services, In Accordance With The Requirements In The Specifications; • Providing Training Services, In Accordance With The Requirements In The Specifications.
