A Framework Agreement Shall Be Signed With One Tenderer, Who Shall Cover The Need For Secure And Stable Telephony Services In The Sector. Tenderers Wishing To Participate In The Prequalification Must Document Technical And Professional Qualifications, Financial Capacity, As Well As The Ability To Deliver In Accordance With The Requirements In The Qualification Documentation.
