Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Primary School In Parzniewice

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Building Of The Primary School In Parzniewice In Accordance With Permission To Build No. 233/2024 Of 16.05.2024, To The Extent Indicated In The Guidelines Of The Contracting Authority. 1.1. Saying The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Annex 5 To Swz Employers Guidelines- Annex 8 To Swz Design Documentation- Annex 9 To Swz Technical Specification And Receipt Of Construction Works- Annex 10 To Swz Newary (Attached To The Auxiliary) 1.2. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Contract Documentation, Including Swz And Attachments And Recommendations Of The Ordering Party, Investor Supervision Inspector. The Contractor Is Responsible, For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Described For The Subject Of The Contract. 1.3. Due To The Fact That The Settlement Of The Order Will Be A Flat -Rate Number Of Works Attached To Swz Are An Auxiliary Nature. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Check The Amount Of Works With The Design Documentation. Any Lack In The Pre -Emptive Of Works Necessary To Perform Resulting From The Project Documentation Does Not Release The Contractor From The Obligation To Perform Them On The Basis Of The Project At A Contractual Price. 1.4. The Contractor Has The Right To Correct In The Pre -City And Table Formula Of The Settlement Elements Of The Quantities Of Works According To Its Own Calculations Based On Order Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make A Quote Based On Technical Knowledge, Project Documentation, Its Own Assessment, Taking Into Account All The Necessary Construction Works For The Investment In Question. 1.5. The Remuneration Is Flat -Rate, And Its Scope Also Includes The Elements Not Included In The Contract Documentation, But Necessary For The Proper Execution Of Construction Works. 1.6. As Part Of The Flat -Rate Price, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Necessary Auxiliary Activities, Including: A) To Obtain All Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Documents, Etc. On Behalf Of The Employer, Whose Obligation To Have Legal Provisions And Which Are Necessary To Perform The Contract, B) Mark Works, Including Place Before Starting Works On The Investment In A Visible Place Information Board In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, C) Storage And Export Waste Arising During The Implementation Of Works. 2. The Guarantee Will Provide The Employer:- Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Including Construction Works, Built-In Materials, Products And Devices For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Final Receipt, The Maximum Expected By The Employers Warranty Period Is 60 Months,- Warranty For Defects For A Period Equal To The Period Equal To The Period Of Offered Warranty Period Calculated From The Day Of Final Acceptance.
