The Subject Of The Order Are The Transport Of Children And Adolescents From The Commune Of Wilków To And From Namysłów, Including Providing Care For Children And Young People On The Road To And From Namysłów. Transport Will Take Place On School Days, According To The Preliminary Plan Constituting Annex 1 To The Contract. Schools Of School During The Order Processing About 253 Days. The Transport Of 5 People Is Expected. The Number Of Transported Children/ Adolescents May Be Increased Or Reduced During The Order. The Number Of Persons Given Is Actions As At The Date Of Public Procurement Announcement. The Contractor Will Take Into Account The Possibility Of Changing The Hours Of Delivery And Receipt Of Children Resulting From The Organization Of School Work. The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Employer Of Any Change In The Implementation Of The Contract, And In The Event Of A Change In The Route And The Hours Of Traveling Also The Legal Guardians Of Children. At The Date Of Public Procurement Announcement, The Number Of Km Of Transport Of Children Is 70 Km A Day- A Full Route. This Quantity May Change During The Implementation Of Residents In The Event Of Increasing Or Reduction Of The Number Of Children Or Changes In Education Facilities. Transport Will Take Place On Education Days In Educational Institutions, In The Period From September 1, 2025 To August 31, 2026. Vehicles Performing The Service Must Have Insurance And Nw And The Current Technical Review. The Contractor Is Obliged To Dispose Of Trained And Qualified Staff In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect, Guaranteeing The Performance Of Services With Due Diligence. The Contractor, On His Own And At Its Own Expense, Is Obliged To Secure The Appropriate Vehicle/Vehicle With Drivers, Schedule Of Transporting Children And Young People,  Providing Proper Care During The Performance Of Services-Persons Responsible For Comprehensive Care For Children And Young People During Transport (Vehicles Of Vehicles-Dates Cannot Care For Children And Young People At The Same Time), Submitting Offers, The Contractors Are Obliged To Familiarize With Relevant Laws, Files And Regulations In Force In Poland, Which In Any Way Can Be Influenced By Undertaken In Connection With The Tender And As A Result Of Signing The Contract.
