The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Construction Of A Secure - Sandy Surface With Cornering, Foundation And Edges, Concrete Cube Hardening And Lawn Surface; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of Play Equipment; 3) Delivery And Assembly Of Elements Of Small Architecture. 3. The Contractor Shall Meet The Subject Of The Contract In The Scope And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification Of Construction And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Made By Piotr Bielecki, Conducting Business Activity Under The Company: X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of Project Documentation And Technical Specification Of The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In The Annex 1 To The Contract Template) And In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Law) And In Accordance With The Provisions Standards, Construction And Gardening Art, Based On The Examination Of The Construction Area And In Accordance With The Administrative Decisions Held By The Employer. The Contractor Will Perform Work Taking Into Account The Performance And Use Of Treatments Aimed At Optimal Protection Of Trees And Shrubs At The Construction Site, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Separate Provisions Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Requires Employment Under An Employment Contract By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below With Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: Physical Activities And Machine Service At General Construction Works Related To The Construction Of The Playground.
