1.1. The Subject Of The Proceedings Is A Catering Service Consisting In The Collective Nutrition Of Children In Pu-Black Educational Institutions From The Wałcz Commune In The 2025/2026 School Year. Applies To Dinners Bought Individually By Children At Public Schools Of The Wałcz Commune 1.2. Catering Service - Feeding Mainly Includes: 1.2.1. Preparation Of Meals From Components Purchased By The Contractor In The Form Of: A) Soups With Bread (1 Portion Of Soup Weight Min. 250 G; 1 Portion Of Mixed Bread (Min. 80 G) Andb) Second Dish, With The Proviso That:- Meat Or Fish Dish Should Consist Of: A Portion Of Meat Or Fish (With Exclusion Of Pangs) With A Minimum Of 100 G After Processing, Additive In The Form Of Potatoes / Interchangeably Rice Or Porridge-Min 200 G After Processing, Su-Ros Or Cooked Vegetables-Min. 100 G After Processing Or Rice Or Groats With A Minimum Weight Of 200 G After Processing; Salads Or Cooked Vegetables - Min. 100 G After Processing And Compote Made Of Seasonal Fruit Or Drink, Water (200Ml). Meat Dishes Are Not Recognized By Offal And Black Pudding. - Semi -Prickly Dish - Such As Stew Or Stew With Additives, Pasta With Minced Meat, Dumplings With Meat, Stuffed Cabbage, Etc. - Should Be A Minimum Weight Of 250 G After Processing (Excluding Bigos, Breton Beans, Dishes Made On The Basis Of Offal, Sausages And Żlanki With Cabbage) + Min. 100 G After Processing And Compote Made Of Seasonal Fruit, Drink Or Water (200 Ml).- Vegetarian Dish- Such As: Pancakes With Cheese Or Jam, Dumplings In Sauce, Dumplings, Dumplings, A Dish With Pasta Or Rice- Should Be A Minimum Weight Of Min. 250 G After Processing + Compote Of Seasonal Fruit, Drink Or Water (200 Ml).
