Tenders Are Invited For Compulsory Online Training For Members Of Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Helping Groups, Organized In Accordance With Art. 9A Para. 5A Of The Act On Counteracting Domestic Violence
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization Of An Educational Service, Consisting In Conducting Three -Day Online Training In The Field Of Counteracting Domestic Violence, Implemented In Three Editions For A Maximum Of 300 People (Each Edition Covering 3 Days Of Training) Compulsory Online Training For Members Of Interdisciplinary Teams And Diagnostic And Helping Groups, Organized In Accordance With Art. 9A Para. 5A Of The Act Of July 29, 2005 On Counteracting Domestic Violence (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1673). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Other Terms Of The Contract Are Regulated By The Provisions Of The Draft Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Number Of People (300) Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is A Maximum Value. The Final Number Of Training Participants Will Be Confirmed By The Employer, At The Latest At 3 Business Days Before The Planned Date Of Starting The Given Training (This Date Applies Before The Date Of Starting Each Of The Three Editions Of Three -Day Training). 5. The Contracting Authority Guarantees That The Minimum Number Of Participants For Each Of The Three Editions Will Not Be Lower Than 70 People/Edition. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Is Not Divided Into Parts.
