The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Developing The Concept Of The Abovementioned The Facility (Obtaining Its Acceptance At The Employer), 2) Obtaining A Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, 3) Developing Project Documentation Listed In The Opz To Obtain A Building Permit. The Objective Project Documentation Should Take Into Account, Among Others Two Garage Rooms For Fire Trucks, Shelter At Level -1 As A Protective Building, Fire Equipment Warehouse, Crisis Management Center, Sanitary, Social, Economic And Office Rooms, Elevator, Installations, Installations With A Building Connection, Parking Lots, Access To The Building And Reach The Building. The Designed Building Should Meet The Requirements Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Availability. People With Special Needs (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411).
