1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance, Delivery And Assembly Of Welcomes, I.E. A Small Architecture Object And A Building, Informing About The Entrance To The Pomeranian Voivodeship. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into 2 Parts. Part 1 Includes The Implementation And Delivery Of One Small Architecture Object Informing About Crossing The Border Of The Pomeranian Voivodeship And Its Installation At The National Road No. 22 In Stare Pole (Exact Location According To The Architectural And Construction Design, Which Constitutes Annex 1 To Swz) At The National Road No. 91 In Pieniażkowo (Exact Location According To The Architectural And Construction Design, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz). 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Architectural And Construction Design, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And Templates Of Contracts, Which Constitute: Annex 2A To Swz For Part 1 Of The Order And Annex No. 2B To Swz For Part 2 Of The Order. 4. The Welcome Should Be Made According To The Detailed Guidelines Contained In The Architectural And Construction Project And The Building Permit (Applies To Part 2 Of The Order), Subject To The Technical Change Described In The Annex To The Architectural And Construction Design. 5. The Contracting Authority Obtained Permission Regarding The Possibility Of Installing A Small Architecture Object For The Location Of Dk22 In Stare Pole And Obtained A Permit To Build A Building For The Location Of Dk91 In Pieniażkowo. 6. On The Contractors Side, It Will Be Necessary To Obtain Consent To Take The Road Lane For The Duration Of The Assembly Of The Welcome. 7. The Application For The Seizure Of The Road Lane Regarding The Location Of The Welcome After Assembly Will Be On The Side Of The Contracting Authority. 8. The Minimum Date Of Quality Guarantee For The Entire Subject Of The Contract Is 5 Years, With The Terms Of The Quality Guarantee For Elements Of Galvanized Structures Is A Criterion For Evaluation Of Offers In Accordance With The Provisions Of Chapter Xx Swz.9. The Contractor Will Take The Liability Of The Warranty On The Terms Set Out In The Civil Code. 10. The Warranty Period Is 24 Months And Begins With The Date Of The Contracting Authority Receiving The Subject Of The Contract. 11. In All Swz Entries And Its Attachments, In Which The Manner, Due To The Inability To Describe The Subject Of The Contract In A Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way, Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, Or Trademarks, Patents, Sources Of Origin Or Special Processes, Which Characterize Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described. 12.
