4.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is Modernized By Road Lighting In The Dąbrowice Commune As Part Of The Ninth Edition Strategic Investment Program We Illuminate Poland. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Modernization Of The Existing Street Lighting In The Dąbrowice Commune Consisting In The Replacement Of Non -Energy -Saving Lighting Fittings In The Amount Of 224 Pcs. For New Led Luminaires 4.2. Lighting Devices, The Modernization Of Which Is Covered By This Order, Constitute The Property And Property Of Energa Lighting Sp. Z O. O.4.3. The Employer Guarantees Energa Lighting Sp. Z O. O. In The Control Of The Implementation Of Modernization Works In Terms Of Their Correctness Through Active Participation In The Acceptance Of Individual Stages, As Well As The Entire Subject Of The Contract, Including The Right To Verify The Correctness Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Right To Raise Objections In This Respect.
