The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services During Events Organized By The Małopolska Agency Regional Development S.A. Within The Signing Of The Contract By June 30, 2026, Subject To The Circumstances Described In Chapter Iv Swz, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz And On The Conditions Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex 2 To Swz. The Services Referred To In Para. 1 Will Be Provided As Part Of The Project: Business In Lesser Poland. Together For Future-Under The European Funds Program For Lesser Poland 2021-2027, Priority 1. European Funds For Research And Development, As Well As Entrepreneurship, Measure 1.15 Internationalization Of The Małopolska Economy D. Coordinative Activities In The Internationalization Of The Małopolska Economy And Support Of The Process And Support Investment In The Region, Financed From The European Regional Development Fund. The Object Of The Contract Referred To In Para. 1 Consists In Ensuring A Comprehensive Benefit Including: Preparation And Delivery Of Dishes, Serving Meals By Professional And Competent Service (The Requirement Of This Benefit Will Depend On The Number Of People Provided For A Given Event And Will Be Determined Each Time In The Unit Order - Annex No. 2 To The Contract), Providing Tables, Appropriate Tableware And Decoration Depending On The Type Of Meeting, As Well As Cleaning After The Service. Catering Will Be Provided As Part Of The Business Meetings/Events/Conferences Organized By The Employer, Held In Places And Dates Indicated By The Ordering Party, Located In The Lesser Poland Voivodeship, Hereinafter Referred To As Meetings. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 To The Specification. The Number Of Portions Given In Annex 3A To The Offer Form - The Valuation Form May Change Due To The Actual Demand Submitted During The Contract, But These Changes May Not Lead To The Increase In Total Remuneration Entered In The Offer Form. The Employer Provides That The Minimum Scope Of Services Ordered Under This Subject Of The Contract Will Not Be Less Than 40 % Of The Maximum Salary. The Circumstances Of The Change Of Remuneration Were Described In Annex 2 To Swz - Contract Template. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465 As Amended) Include The Following Types Of Activities: Preparing Meals.
