The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For: 1) Students Commuting To Public Educational Institutions In The Biesiekierz Commune, I.E. To The Primary School In Biesiekierz, To The Primary School In Stare Bielice, To The Primary School In Światama And The Residence Returning To The Town After The End Of Classes With Providing Care During The Road In Accordance With Art. 32 Para. 5-7 Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 Educational Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 737), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, 2) Children Commuting From Biesiekierz To The Kindergarten In Parnów And Returning To The Town Of Biesiekierz Along With Providing Care During The Road In Accordance With Art. 32 Para. 5-7 Of The Act Of 14 December 2016 Educational Law. 2. Transport Will Take Place On Weekdays, Excluding Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And Other Public Holidays, As Well As Breaks In The Implementation Of Didactic And Educational Classes, Determined On The Basis Of Applicable Law (In Particular Winter And Summer Holidays, Spring And Winter Holiday Break), In Accordance With Art. 32 Para. 5-7 Of The Act. Proposed Hours Of Travel And Departure In The Table Below. 3. The Scope Of The Service Applies To Students From The Biesiekierz Commune And Includes: 1) 1 Import And 2 Resources From The Primary School In Biesiekierz, Taking Into Account The Transport Of Children From Parnowo Kolonia (Stop At Property 73) And The Town Of Parnówko (Stop At Property No. 2). The Vehicle Necessary To Handle This Route- A Bus With A Number Of Places Not Less Than 15.2) 3 Imports And 5 Passages From The Primary School In Stare Bielice, Taking Into Account The Transport Of Children From Witolubi And Stark Bus Vehicle With A Bus With A Number Of Places Not Less Than 15. Planned Stops In Witolubie: At The Property 32 Niaching, 3F Of Cieszyn And The Intersection With The Road, While In The Town Stark, Stop At The Intersection Of Roads To The Town Of Świercz Commune Będzino, 3) 1 Import And 2 Passes From The Primary School In Światama, And Children From The Commune Of The Biesiekierz Commune To The Municipal Kindergarten In Parnów Include 1 Import And 1 Pass. 4. If School/Kindergarten Classes Are Worked Out On Another Day Off From Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Children In Accordance With The Timetable Determined By The Contracting Authority And Transferred To The Contractor 1 Week Before The Planned Work Of The Classes. 5. Access And Return Of The Child To And From School Should Not Exceed About 40 Minutes At A Time. 6. In The Event Of A Need To Change The Place And The Amount Of Children Transported, The Contractor Is Required To Make Changes To The Timetable Within 7 Days Of The Date Of Agreement With The Employer In This Respect. 7. During Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Children With Constant Care Of A Qualif
