The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Delivery And A Passage Of Children And Students And Disabled Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year, Implemented As Part Of Four Tasks. For Tasks No. 1, The Contractor Will Also Provide Free Delivery And Departure Of Transport Carers On Each Transport Route. If A Ticket For The Supervisor Is Required, The Contractor Will Issue It At His Own Expense. For Task 1, The Employer Provides Childcare For Children And Students During Delivery And Transport. The Contractor Will Ensure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract By Efficient Buses, Having Current Technical Research, Allowed For Traffic, In A Technical State That Does Not Raise Reservations, Meeting Safety Requirements (In Accordance With Applicable Law), Of Adequate Sanitary Condition, Kept Clean While Maintaining Internal And External Aesthetics, Heated In The Winter. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control Documents Confirming The Technical Condition Of Buses. The Contractor Is Obliged To Check Whether The Data Of Persons Performing The Subject Of The Contract (Bus Drivers) Are Included In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses, In Accordance With Art. 21 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802, As Amended). The Contractor Is Obliged To Have And Comply With The Standards Of The Protection Of Minors Prepared By The Contractor Pursuant To Art. 22B Of The Act On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And Protection Of Minors. Task No. 1 Applies To Routes From No. I To No. Xii And Includes A Delivery And A Conversation Of A Total Of 650 Children And Students To Educational Institutions In The City And Commune Of Staszów, Implemented In The Form Of Purchase Of Monthly Tickets. The Contracting Authority Provides Students During Delivery And Transmission. The Contractor Will Ensure Free Delivery And Transport Of Transport Carers. The Contractor Will Ensure The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract By Efficient Buses, With Current Technical Examinations, Allowed To Move, In A Technical State That Does Not Raise Any Objections, Meeting Safety Requirements (In Accordance With Applicable Law), Of Appropriate Sanitary Condition, Kept Clean With Internal And External Aesthetics, Heated In The Winter. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Control Documents Confirming The Technical Condition Of Buses.
