3 The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular:- Sweeping Of Corridors, Staircases And External (Entrance) Stairs,- Sweeping Galleries Adjacent To Buildings,- Cleaning Taking Place Twice A Week, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Draft Contract, Removing The Effects Of Winter: Snow Removal, Removal Of Slush And Ice Mud And Combating Ice,- Surface Range May Increase Or Reduce Depending On The Transfer Tasks From The Program Of Working Off Debt By Tenants Of Municipal Resources. 3. Part 1 Covers Residential Buildings Area 1. Total Surface: 13,457.85 M² Gwartenized Area Throughout The Duration Of The Contract: 9,192.00 M² Possibility To Increase The Guaranteed Area By: 4,265.85 M² Cleaning: 2 Times A Week, I.E. Tuesday And Friday4. In Connection With The Debt Working Program In Zbm, It Is Expected That The Area Covered By Contracts From August 1, 2025 Is Guaranteed. The Remaining Area Is Covered By The Abovementioned The Program And As At The Date Of Signing The Contracts Will Not Be Intended To Provide The Service For Contractors. However, It May Be Included In The Scope Of Contracts In The Event Of The Ability To Secure This Surface With People Performing Cleaning Works Under The Working Program. 5. The Contracting Authority Intends To Allocate To Financing The Order In Part 1 The Amount Of Pln 152,951.24 Gross. 6. The Detailed Scope Of Services Was Specified In The Draft Contract, Constituting Annex 8.1 To Swz. 7. It Is Unacceptable For The Contractor To Submit More Than One Offer In A Given Part Of The Order. 8. The Contracting Authority Will Make A Separate Assessment And Selection Of The Most Advantageous Offer In Each Part. 9. The Part Of The Order Is Indivisible And The Contractor Is Obliged To Offer All Components Of A Given Part Of The Order Under Pain Of Rejecting The Offer. 10. When Submitting A Partial Offer, The Contractor Fills Only The Part To Which The Offer Applies To. 11. The Contracting Authority Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Indicated In § 2 Of The Draft Contract In The Scope Of The Contract, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Pzp, Whose Performance Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277). 12. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Managed To Be Directed By Staff, Whose Remuneration For Work Is Equal Or Exceeds The Equivalent Of The Minimum Wage Referred To In The Act Of 10 October 2002 On The Minimum Remuneration For Work (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773). 13.
