1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Light Special Rescue And Fire-Fighting Car With A Technical Rescue Function. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As A Description Of The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Specifies The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Annex 7 To Swz)) And The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 4 To Swz). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5) Of The Pzp Act.
