Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of The First Equipment Of The Nursery In Woźniki In Order To Create New Nursery Care Places Under The Program Of Development Of Childrens Care Institutions Up To 3 Active Toddler 2022-2029
Part 1: Delivery Of Furniture And Other Equipment For Rooms For The Needs Of The Municipal Nursery In Woźniki, Commune Tomice. 1 Furniture And Equipment Delivered Under This Order Are To Be Brand New, I.E. Unused, Undamaged, Unregenerated, Not Burdened With The Rights Of Third Parties Or Entities And Come From The Legal Sales Channel Of The Manufacturer. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Delivered In Intact Original Packaging Without Signs Of Interference, Should Have Adequate Quality - In Accordance With The Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters Specified By The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Furniture And Equipment Must Be Allowed To Market In Poland And Have The Required Quality Declarations And Polish Certificates Or The European Union3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Subject Of The Contract, At His Own Expense And Risk, And To Unload And Submit And Assemble (Assemble) At The Place Of Target Foundation In The Rooms Of The Nursery And Settings. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Installation Of Delivered Furniture And Equipment According To The Recommendations Of The Nursery Management. 4.
