Tenders Are Invited For Public Utilities-Public Service Delegation For The Management, Lentretian And Lanimation Of Daccueil Permanent Areas And The Grand Passing Lands Of Travelers Of The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis
Public Utilities-Public Service Delegation For The Management, Lentretian And Lanimation Of Daccueil Permanent Areas And The Grand Passing Lands Of Travelers Of The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis. This Consultation Relates To The Distribution Of A Public Service Delegation Contract Intended To Entrust To An Operator The Management, Lentretian And Lanimation Of 4 Permanent Areas Daccueil Of Travelers (Located In Aix-En-Provence, Fuveau, Bouc-Bel-Air And Salon-De-Provence) And Grand Passage Land Of The Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolis (With Option Newly Created Daccueil And Existing Areas Currently Managed In Control Or Via Public Market, Subject To Their Refresher). The Delegate Will Operate The Service At Its Risk. It Will Bear The Expenses Related To The Exploitation Of The Service And Its Remuneration Will Be Substantially Linked To The Results Of This Exploitation, Via The Collection Of Revenues From Users, On The Basis Of The Prices Provided By The Contract. In Compensation For Public Service Subjugations Defined In The Contract, The Delegate May Also Receive A Financial Contribution From The Metropolis. The Amount And Levolution Of The Annual Fee Paid By The Delegate To The Metropolis Will Be A Function Of General Lecture Of The Contract.
