The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Multi -Branch Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Entitled Modernization Of The Pool Building Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Pnb Ordering Party Or A Certificate Of The Piaseczno Staroste About The Lack Of Objection To The Execution Of Works. As Part Of The Order, The Order Should Be Designed: 1. Repair Of The Insulation Of The Underground Part Of The Outer Walls Of The Pool Along With Their Thermal Insulation And Facade Expedition; 2. Performance Of The Podabasenia Structure Along With The Repair Of The Floor Plate Of The Underground Part Of The Building And Conquer The Foundations - If The Need Arises, Which Will Be Found On The Basis Of An Endurance Expertise, Which Should Be Developed As Part Of This Order; 3. Repair Of Damaged Elements Of The Structure And Sealing All Basin Basins - The Scope Will Be Determined On The Basis Of An Endurance Expertise, Which Should Be Developed As Part Of This Order; 4. Modernization And Renovation Of Ventilation And Air Conditioning Installations; 11. Liquidation Of Slopes At The Building And Changes In The Organization Of The Parking Lot Around The Pool; 12. Renovation Of Overflow Tanks; 13. Adaptation Of The Pool Building To Applicable Regulations, Especially Ohs And Fire Protection. As Part Of The Order, It Is Necessary To Perform: 1) Inventory Of The Building And The Area Covered By The Study To The Extent Necessary To Prepare Project Documentation And Bill Of Quantities; 2) Endurance Expertise And An Expertise Of Swimming Pool Technology, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies; 3) The Design Of The Plot Or Area, Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies; 4) Technical Project (Executive), Which The Contractor Will Provide In Five Copies; 4) Will Provide In Five Copies; 5) Information On Safety And Health Protection; 6) An Investors Cost Estimate With Breakdown Into Material And Financial Stages Agreed With The
