The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Thermomodernization Of Walls, Building Flat Roofs, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Replacement Of Flashings, Replacement Of Rainwater Sewage System, Ventilation Installation, Replacement Of Lightning Protection System, Modernization Of The Central Heating Node. Along With The Implementation Of The C.T. For Powering Heaters In Ventilation Units Serving The Kitchen And Retrofitting The Building With An External Vertical Platform For The Disabled With A Lifting Height Up To 1 M. With The Entrance Stairs. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Demolish The Existing Elements Of The Building And Then Make Them Thermomodernization. During Thermomodernization Works, It Will Be Necessary To Perform A New Insulation Of Walls And Flat Roofs, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Replacement Of The Rainwater Drainage, Ventilation Installation And Retrofitting With The C.T. As Well As The Implementation Of A New Electrical Installation In The Field Of Retrofitting The Building Into The External Platform For The Disabled, New Supply And Exhaust Ventilation In The Kitchen, Modernization Of The Central Heating Node, As Well As Retrofitting Kitchen Ventilation With New Ventilation Unit On The Roof And Lightning Protection Installation. As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Will Move The Glass Vestibule At The Main Entrance And The Necessary Demolition Of The Existing Elements Of The Building Located On The Facade And The Clearance And Supply Of Ventilation Ducts To The Rooms. The Boards And Other Elements On The Building Will Be Again Mounted On The Facade. The Door For Classes And Technical Rooms In The Basement Is Also Being Replaced.
