The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of The Task: Construction Of The City Nursery In Łowicz In The Formula Design And Build As Part Of The Task Entitled: Establishment Of 75 New Care Places Under The Active Toddler Program 2022-2029 In The City Nursery Of Łowicz At 7 Kaliska Street. Of September 11, 2020 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Project (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1679, As Amended) And Obtaining All The Required Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Required By Law, Including, Among Others: Arrangements With The Ordering Party. Fire Protection, Sanitary And Hygiene Appraisers, 2) Preparing Multi-Branch Executive Documentation Of The Building, Including Architectural Design, Design Design, Projects Of All Internal Installations, Connecting Projects And Other Elements Of Weapons And Land Development (In This Playground)- To The Technical Conditions Issued On The Network And Presenting It To The Ordering Party. It Is Necessary To Coordinate The Projects Of Individual Industries And The Completeness Of Documentation From The Point Of View Of The Purpose Of The Purpose, 3) Developing An Interior Design, 4) Developing A Design Of Greenery, Plantings, 5) Developing A Road Project In The Field Of Internal Communication And Conventions In Cooperation With The Ordering Party, 6) Preparation Of A Design And Temporary Traffic Organization (If Required), 7) Developing Information Regarding Bioz, Energy Characteristics, Scenario, Scenario, Scenario, Scenario Fire And Fire Safety Instructions, 8) Developing A Range Of Surfaces Divided Into: A) Usable Surfaces Of The Rooms (Rooms Intended For Childrens Stay, Other Rooms), B) Horizontal Communication Surfaces (Corridors), Summary Within Individual Groups Of These Surfaces And Summary Of The Whole (As A Net Area), 9) Obtaining All Additional Necessary Output Materials For Design At Their Own Expense (If Required), Among Others: A) Current Map For Design Purposes; B) Geological Opinion; 10) Obtaining And Providing A Final Decision On A Building Permit And/Or Notification Of Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Together With A Certificate Of Failure To Objected By The Competent Architectural And Construction Authority, 11) Developing Technical Specifications Of Performance And Acceptance Material And Financial Equipment Of The First Nursery; 12) Obtaining Any Additional Deviations, Consents, Permits, Technical Conditions, Other Materials - If It Becomes Necessary During The Development Of Documentation Or Investment Implementation, 13) Obtaining A Decision In The Scope Of Cutting Trees Or Bolid Shrubs With The Subject Of The Contract And Will Pay Appropriate Fees Resulting From Administrative Decisions Together With The Preparation Of The Necessary Documentation And Making Replacement Planting, 14) Provision Of The Developed Documentation, 15) Ensuring Full Geodetic Service During The Implementation Of The Investment Together With The Geodetic As -Built Inventory In Accordan
