Notes: - The Contractor Selected In The Procedure Will Be Obliged To Perform The Task In Accordance With A Functional And Utility Program (Pfu) And A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Material Applications Will Be Approved Within 7 Days From The Date Of Sending. Incomplete Or Defective Material Conclusions Submitted To The Employer Will Be Rejected- Due To The Public Nature Of The Park, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safety In The Area Of The Works,- Organization Of The Construction Facilities And Its Liquidation, Including The Designation Of The Construction Site And The Order Of Industry Supervisors In Places Of Collision With Underground Armament Lies At The Contractor.
