The Subject Of The Contract Is The Design And Implementation On The Basis Of Construction Documentation Developed By The Contractor, Construction Works: Replacement Of Hot And Cold Water, Circulation And Sewage Risers, Along With Housing Installation And Approaches In Buildings At 139 And 141 In Warsaw In The System Design And Build. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Design Provisions Of The Contract And The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz. The Purpose Of Proper Preparation Of The Offer Is Recommended For The Contractor To Make A Local Vision In The Field At His Own Expense, Where The Subject Of The Contract Is To Be Carried Out And Obtaining (For His Liability And Risk) Any Information That May Be Relevant To The Preparation Of The Offer. The Provider Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Policy For The Conducted Business, For The Sum Of Pln 150,000.00 Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Include His Contractual Liability And Liability Tort.
