The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Renovation Of The C Segment (Connector In The Boarding Building) At Zsckr In The Rosary Which Aims To Adapt The Rooms To Current Building And Sanitary Standards, And Ensuring Availability For Disabled People. The Scope Of Work Includes, In Particular: 1) Disassembly Of Existing Installations, 2) Dismantling Of The Existing Sanitary Fittings, 3) Demolition Of Part Of The Partition Walls, Widening The Holes In The Walls, 4) Bricklaying, Making New Partitions, 5) Making New Floors, 6) Forming Existing Wall Cladding, I.E. Ceramic Tiles, Pcc Panels, Topping Up And Repairing The Surface Walls, 7) Performing New Wall And Ceilings Cladding, 8) Installation Of Sanitary Facilities As Standard According To The Statement, 9) Dismantling And Implementation Of A New Electrical Installation (Lighting, Socket, Teletechnical), 10) Dismantling And Implementation Of A New Water-Sewage Sanitary Installation, 11) Dismantling And Performing A New Ventilation Installation, 12) Reconstruction Of The Existing Central Installation.
