The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Preparation And Delivery Of Three Meals A Day, I.E. Breakfast With Fruit, Two -Course Dinner (250 Ml + Second Dish) Along With A Drink And Afternoon Tea Called A Total Of The Daily Set. Meals Will Be Supplied In Collective Vessels, With Separation Into Groups A, Dishes Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Elimination Diets Will Be Packed In Separate Containers; The Whole Will Be Placed In Thermo Ports -Which Must Ensure The Maintenance Of The Right Temperature Of The Meal And Drinks. Meal Transport Containers Should Guarantee A Tight Closure, They Cannot Be Cracked, Crushed Or Otherwise Damaged. The Employer Reserves That Under The Contract, The Contractor Must Have Facilities That Allow: - Picking Dirty Porcelain Vessels (Owned By The Facility) Used To Provide Meals, - Washing And Scalding Dishes In Their Own Rooms By Employees Employed By The Contractor - Delivery Of Clean Vessels. The Collection Of Dirty Dishes And The Supply Of Dishes Will Take Place Twice A Day, I.E. Washed And Scalded Dishes Ready To Serve Breakfast And Dinner And For Afternoon Tea. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer Form Part 2. The Daily Cost Of The Above -Mentioned Service: Vessel Reception, Washing Twisting Twice A Day, Taking Into Account Employee Costs And All Costs Of The Service. The Employer Reserves That He Will Use This Service In The Event Of A Necessity Resulting From The Change In The Organization Of The Institution Resulting From Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority. 2. The Number Of Auxiliary Sets Is In The Period 11-08-2025 To 29-08-2025 (14 Days X 339 Sets = 4,746 Pieces) And In The Period From 01-09-2025 To 31-12-2025 (83 Days X 325 Sets = 26975Ztuk), In Total: 31,721 Meters Of Measures. The Amounts Of Auxiliary Sets Given Are Estimated And May Be Reduced Or Increased, I.E. They Do Not Constitute The Final Size Of The Order, As A Result Of Which They Cannot Constitute Grounds For Submitting Claims For Unrealized Deliveries Or Grounds For Refusing To Implement Deliveries. The Employer Will Not Bear Negative Financial Effects Caused By A Reduction In The Quantity And Values Of Auxiliary Sets. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change Quantitative Auxiliary Sets. The Employer Reserves That It Guarantees The Contractor If The Number Of Auxiliary Sets Is Reduced, Or Not Using Dirty Pickup Services, Dishes, Washing, Disinfection And Pure Delivery That The Guaranteed Payment Value Is 70% Of The Gross Price Contained In The Offer. A Reduction In The Number Of Auxiliary Sets May Result - From The Changing Number Of Pupils Using The Food, - Changes In The Number Of Individual Products Required By The Menu.
