The Subject Of The Contract Is: Adapting Selected Facilities Of The Geodetic Base Of The Registration Network Of The Area Of The Area (Gesut) To The Applicable Law. Minister Of Development, Work And Technology Of July 23, 2021 On The Geodetic Registry Of The Area Of Weapons Of The Area (Journal Of Laws Item 1374). The Study Covers The Entire Area Of The Krotoszyn Poviat. The Concise Information Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To This Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Minimum Warranty Period For The Work And Materials Performed Is 24 Months From The Date Of The Non -Abortion Final Acceptance. One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers Is The Period For Which The Contractor Will Extend The Warranty. The Exact Warranty Period Will Be Determined After Choosing An Offer Showing The Most Favorable Balance Of Offers For Evaluation Of Offers, I.E. Prices, And Prolonging The Warranty. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor At His Own Expense And Risk Will Be Obliged To 1) Free Removal Of Found Defects And Defects Arising For The Reasons For Which The Contractor Is Responsible, 2) Free Removal Of All Defects And Faults Indicated By The Ordering Party. Rights. In The Event Of A Statement During Receipt Or During The Warranty Period, For Reasons For Which The Contractor Is Responsible, Not Suitable For Removal, And These Defects Prevent The Use Of The Subject Of The Contract For Its Intended Purpose - The Contracting Authority May Withdraw From The Contract, Or Demand The Performance Of The Contract For The Second Time At The Contractor, And The Contractor Will Repair At The Expense Of Its Own Damage Suffered By The Contracting Authority
