Part 1 Of The Order - Purchase Of Monthly Tickets For Children And Students And Guardians Commuting To The Source Local Government Kindergarten In Wola Zarczycka, Primary School Primate Of The Millennium In Wola Zarczycka1. The Transport Of Children And Students Will Take Place In Accordance With The Schedule Presented In Point 4.2 Point 1 Swz. The Performance Will Transfer The Final Number Of Students Before The Start Of The 2025/2026 School Year. The Contracting Authority Is Responsible For The Safety Of Transported Students During The Transport And Provides Care At That Time. The Service Of Transporting Children And Students To Schools And Kindergartens Also Includes The Transport Of Carers On The Given Routes. The Price Of One Gross Monthly Ticket For Children And Students (Reduced Ticket) Is Equivalent To 51% Of The Price Of One Gross Monthly Ticket For Carers (Full Ticket). The Delivery Of Children And Students On A Given Route Cannot Be Implemented Together With Passengers, Performed On Regular Lines. 2. In The Case Of Delivery Of Students With Judgments On The Need For Special Education, Transport Will Take Place With Vehicles Equipped With W1) Belts At Each Armchair, 2) First Aid Kit, With Particular Emphasis On Personal Protective Equipment, 3) The Possibility Of Covering The Glass, 4) Markings Informing About The Transport Of People With Disabilities, 5) Luggage Space, Enabling The Transport Of Backpacks, Bags, But Also The Ball Disability. 3. The Hours Of Delivery And The Disclosure Of Students, The Route And The Number Of Delivered And Lodged Students May Change During The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Inform The Contractor In Writing At Least 7 Days In Advance. 4. The Transport Of Students To The Institutions Will Take Place On School Days, Based On The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of 11 August 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year, Excluding Christmas Breaks And Other Days Off From Classes Resulting From The Organization Of The School Year. 5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Verify Persons Participating In The Performance Of The Contract In Terms Of The Appearance In The Register Of Perpetrators Of Sexual Offenses, In Connection With The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (Journal Of Laws 2024, Item 1802, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As: Act On The Protection Of Minors. 6. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Use The Standards Developed And Implemented By Schools, Kindergarten And Contracting Authority In The Implementation Of This Task. 7. The Contractor, At The Request Of The Director Of The Institution, Will Also Be Obliged To Provide Transport On Days When Students Will Work Out Other Days Dismissed From School. In The Event Of A Work Of School Activities On Another Day Off From Classes, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Transport Of Students In Accordance With The Established Timetable. 8.
