4. Part 1. Conducting Kri With Update And Implementation Of The Information Security Management System: 4.1. The Order Will Be Carried Out For The Benefit Of The Tomaszów Lubelski City Hall (Hereinafter: Um) And Subordinate Units Of The Ordering Party: A) Local Government Kindergarten No. 1, B) Local Government Kindergarten No. 2, C) Local Government Kindergarten No. 5, D) Primary School No. 1, E) Primary School No. 2, F) Primary School No. 3, G) Environmental Community Center Krokus, H) Sports And Recreation Center, I) And The Municipal Social Welfare Center K) (Hereinafter: Jp). 4.1.1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conduct An Audit Of The Information Security Management System In 2025 And 2026 In Connection With The Provisions In § 19 Para. 2 Point 14 Of The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 21, 2024 On The National Interoperability Framework, Minimum Requirements For Public Registers And Exchange Of Information In Electronic Form And Minimum Requirements For Ict Systems (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 773), Hereinafter Referred To As The Kri Audit At The Um And Jp Indicated In Para. 1.4.1.2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Update And Implement A Complete Information Security Management System (Hereinafter Referred To As: Szbi) At The Medical University And Jp Indicated In Para. 1.
