The Subject Of The Public Procurement Entitled Development Of Digitization And Cyber Security Of The Poviat Eldership In Włocławek As Part Of The Grant Project Cyberd Local Government Is The Purchase Along With The Supply Of Software And Factory New It Equipment Along With Assembly, Installation, Configuration And Launch. This Order Includes: 1) Management Network Switch-Type-1 (2 Pcs.), 2) Management Network Switch-Type 2 (10 Pcs), 3) Backup Servers (2 Pcs), 4) Disk Matrix (1 Pcs.), 5) Device For Deduplication And Data Protection (2 Pcs), 6) Backups) (1 Piece), 7) Server Power Supply (Ups) Type 1 (2 Pcs), 8) Power Supply For End Stations Type 2 (15 Pcs). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz. The Supplied Devices And Software Must Meet The Conditions Described In Annex 1 To Swz, In Particular: A) The Supplied Devices (Subject Of The Order) Must Be Factory -New, Full -Fledged, Without Signs Of Use And Damage, Unpopular And Load -Free Rights Of Third Parties, B) Have The Necessary Instructions And Materials Regarding Use, In Polish, C) Individual Devices, Equipment In Annex 1 To Swz, D) The Devices Offered On The Day Of Submitting Offers Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or Sales, E) All Delivered Devices Must, Come From A Legal Source, Be Covered By A Package Of Warranty Services Included In The Price Of The Device. Note: Whenever The Documentation Or Origin Of The Product Or Device Was Indicated In The Documentation, It Should Be Assumed That Each Name Is The Word Or Equivalent, I.E.
