1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase Of Technical Support For It Manager Software For The Center For Modern Technologies Of The University Of Opole. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1.1 To Swz.3. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract By Means Of Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, With The Proviso That The Employer Will Have Electronic Funds Enabling Their Collection. 4. The Contractor, Before The Planned Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Will Notify The Ordering Party Of A Specific Day And Time Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5. When Describing The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Pointed To Specific Software Of Specific Manufacturers, Because This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract. An Indication By The Employer Of A Specific Software Is Related To The Fact That The Employer Currently Uses The Previously Purchased And Still Used License For Software, To Which Only Technical Support Is Purchased In These Proceedings. 6. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Period Of Twelve [12] Months From The Date Of The Contract.
