Chapter Iii. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract1. Granting A Long -Term Loan In The Following Amount Of Pln 2,000,000.00, Which, In Accordance With Resolution No. Xvii / 116/2025 Of The Kadzidło Commune Council Of May 28, 2025, To Finance Previously Incurred Obligations For Loans And Loans In The Amount - Pln 1930,000.00 And For Financing The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Commune Budget In The Amount - Pln 70,000.00. The Contractor Will Provide The Contracting Authority With The Amount Of The Loan Within The Following Date:- Pln 500,000.00 To 30.09.2025- Pln 500,000.00 To 31.10.2025- Pln 500,000.00 To 30/11/2025- Pln 500,000.00 To 31.12.2025, The Payment Provides For The Possibility Of Paying Individual Loan Tranches At Other Times Than The Above, But Not Later Than The Day 31.12.2025 Will Submit Written Applications For Launching The Loan Tranche Two Days Before The Date Of Launch. A) The Contracting Authority Expects That The Only Form Of Security Will Be A Blank Promissory Note With A Blank Declaration. The Countersignate Of The Commune Treasurer Will Be On A Promissory Note Declaration. The Contractor Will Not Require Any Other Security Of The Commitment. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Statement In The Form Of A Notarial Deed Based On Art. 777 §1 Of The Act Of November 17, 1964, The Code Of Civil Procedure (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1568, As Amended) .B).
