The Subject Of The Contract Is The First Of The Three Editions During The Holidays Of 2025, Organization Of Preventive And Educational Semi -Camps For Children During The Holidays And Winter Holidays As Part Of The Project Social Services Center In Skarżysko -Kamienna -Semi -Camps During The Summer Holidays 2025. The Organization Of Semi -Camps For Children Is Implemented As Part Of Services In The Field Of Family Support And Foster Care. In Annex 2 To Swz. Two More Editions Are Planned: 1) Ii Edition - Winter And Summer Half -Camps In 2026; 2) Iii Edition - Winter And Summer Semi -Camps In 2027. 2. No Market Consultations Were Carried Out Before The Initiation Of The Proceedings. 3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Partial Offers. 4. Justification Of The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts: The Contracting Authority Decided To Sunday The Subject Of The Contract On Parts, Guided By Technical, Organizational And Substantive Reasons, Which Have A Direct Impact On The Correct And Effective Implementation Of The Contract. The Orders On Parts Would Be Unjustified And Unprecedented, And The Lack Of It Serves To Ensure The Correct, Effective And Safe Service. The Scope And Manner Of Execution Of The Order Is Also Specified In Annex 9 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Contract.
