1. The Subject Of The Order For Parts I Is The Delivery And Departure Of School Children To Primary Schools And Kindergartens In Miejska Górka In The Period From 01/09/2025 To 22.06.2026, From Monday To Friday, Excluding Winter Holidays, Holiday Days, Days On Which Learning Will Take Place In A Remote Way, And Other Days Free From School Education. 2. To Complete The Task, The Contractor Must Have Two Buses For Transport Once 49 People In Each Of Them And Properly Prepared In Terms Of Technical Condition. 3. The Contractor Must Employ At Least Two Employees As Drivers. 4. The Contractor Assumes The Obligation To Employ Authorized Carers Responsible For Children During The Service (One Carer For One Bus). The Contractor Is Not Allowed To Start A Without A Guardian. The Driver Of The Vehicle Cannot Be The Guardian. The Guardian Can Only Be An Adult With Full Legal Capacity. The Guardian Should Be Trained By The Contractor In The Scope Of Road Traffic Law Before Performing His Duties. 5. The Contractor Assumes The Obligation To Act As A Coordinator In Relation To Drivers And Guardians. 6. The Average A1 Bus Route In One Day Is 130 Km. The Average A2 Bus Route In One Day Is 82.5 Km. The Total Average Route Of Two Buses In One Day Is About 212.5 Km. The Bus Routes Are Presented Accordingly By Annex 9A To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include The Number Of Km Traveled From The Parking Place Of The Contractor To The Beginning Of The Route (To The Place From Which The Delivery Will Start) And From The Place Where It Ends The Delivery, To The Parking Place Of The Contractor. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Transported People With Proper Safety And Hygiene Conditions As Well As The Necessary Comforts In Accordance With The Provisions And Principles Set Out In The Transport Law, With Particular Emphasis On The Rules Of Transporting Children And Schoolchildren. 8 The Service Contractor Is Obliged To Conclude An Insurance Agreement On Civil Liability And The Consequences Of Accidental Accidents In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, I.E. Civil Liability Insurance In Connection With The Business Activity And Insurance Against The Consequences Of Accidents For Each Bus Used When Performing School Delivery Services. 9. In The Event Of A Failure Of The Means Of Transport (For Any Reason) During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Substitute Means Of Transport No Later Than During The Time Declared In The Offer. 10. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Introduce Changes In The Number Of Kilometers And Hours Of Delivery And Appeal. 11. The Contracting Authority Must Be Informed About The Need To Perform Additional Transport Services. 12. The Contractor In The Price Must Include The Cost Of Traveling To The Place Of Service.
