This Procurement Includes Goods And Services In The Area: Audio Video And Distance Meetings • The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Sign A Framework Agreement With A (1) Supplier That Becomes The National Archives Av Partner In Audio/Video And Distance Meetings. The Supplier Must Be A Strategic Partner With Broad And Solid Knowledge In The Av Area, Have A Flexible And Competent Organization With The Capacity To Deliver Against Larger Organizations And Have Experience In Working With Implementation And Installation Of Av Equipment And Deliveries Against The Public Sector. Supplier Will Look After The Whole And The Continued Development In The Area And Provide Support In The Choice Of Technical Solutions. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is For The Customer To Be Able To Call Off Goods And Services In A Simple And Efficient Way, In Order To Generate Time And Cost Savings, And Enable Procurement To Beneficial Conditions. The Customers Needs Primarily Concern Goods And Services For The New Establishments In Härnösand (Under 2025/26) And Gothenburg (2027/28), But It May Also Be Relevant To Update And Harmonize Av Equipment To Other Plants Around Sweden.
