The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Low Voltage And Medium Voltage Electricity With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With An Electricity System Operator (Eso) And The Cost Of Unbalance For The Objects Of The Contracting Authority, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Energy Act (Ea), The Rules For The Electricity Trade (Peee). The Award Of The Public Procurement Is Intended To Conclude A Contract For The Provision Of Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Pee, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices And Payment Of All Used By The Contracting Authority As The End Customer, Namely: Access To The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transfer Through The Electricity And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Liability For Balancing.
