The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And Covers The Statutory Activity For The Delivery And Sale Of Electricity For The Needs Of Yakimovo Municipality, Under The Conditions Of A Free Electricity Market. In This Regard, The Scope Of Assigned To: Fulfillment Of The Duties And Functions Of A Net Active Electricity Supplier And The Balancing Group Coordinator With Full Administration Of The Eso Information Flow And The Expenditure On The Cost Of Unbalanced For The Site, Managed And Managed By The Contracting Authority For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months From The Date Of Registration Of The First Delivery. The Quality Of The Supplied Electricity Should Meet The Current Standards And Standards In The Country. During Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And The Electricity Of Quality And In Order, In Accordance With The Energy Act (Ea) And Other Normative Acts That Regulate The Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity (Including The Regulations To The Electricity), The Rules) And The Rules (Peee) Should Be Provided In The Energy Act (Eng). The Contracting Authority Should Be Included In A Balancing Group, Without A Balancing Group Additionally Charges Excess And Shortage Of The Unbalances. The Contracting Authority Has No Commitments To Forecast And Request The Required Amounts Of Electricity. The Contractor Takes All The Unbalances Of His Clients.
