The First Stage Of The Dsp Has Passed And The Suppliers Are Qualified (Admitted To The System). Second Stage Is Held: Sending An Invitation To Submit Tenders For A Specific Public Procurement To Those Suppliers Who Have Been Qualified/Admitted. This Invitation Contains 9 Nomenclatures (Some Of Which Contain Preference), Which Are Detailed In The Technical Specification, Part Of The Documentation For Participation. The Quantities Are Indicative. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Buy The Quantities Specified In The Specification. Participants May Submit An Offer For One Or More Nomenclature. The Ranking Will Be Done For Each Nomenclature. The Applicant Should Submit An Offer For All Preferences (Where Applicable) Included In The Respective Nomenclature. In The Event That The Candidate Submits An Offer That Does Not Include All Premises, The Applicant Will Be Removed Due To Lack Of Completeness.
