The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Implementation Of The Photovoltaic Power Plant (Hereinafter Also As Pve) For The Building Of The Elementary School Sezimovo Ústí, Švehlova 111, 391 01 Sezimovo Ústí (Hereinafter The Elementary School Švehlova Or Elementary School) And Providing The Subsequent Service Of This Pv. It Is A Photovoltaic System - Photovoltaic Panels And Other Devices Forming A Functional Unit Of The Pve, Whose Electricity Produced Will Be Processed By The Manufacturer At The Supply Point And Will Be Used For The Use Of The Švehlov Elementary School And The Excess Of Electricity Will Be Delivered To The Distribution Network. The Photovoltaic System Will Be Placed On The Roof Structures Of The Described Object. Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Placed On 2 Roofs Described By The Object (Švehlova Elementary School). The First Roof Is A Saddle, Located On Its Own Primary School Building, The Second Straight Roof Is Located On The Building Of The Adjacent Gym. The Total Area Of ​​The Gable Roof Is 420 M2, Of Which About 100 M2, The Roof Areas Will Consist Of Photovoltaic Panels (As Well As “Fv Panels”) Including Expansion Joints Between Individual Pv Panels. The Total Area Of ​​The Flat Roof Of The Gym Is About 320 M2, Of Which About 130 M2, The Roof Areas Will Consist Of Photovoltaic Panels, Including Expansion Joints Between Individual Pv Panels. Both Will Be Assumed To Be Installed By Fv Panels With An Efficiency Of Min. 20.6 %. The Overall Performance Of The Photovoltaic System Is 49.92 Kwp. Therefore, There Is No Building Permit Or Zoning Decision. A Total Of 44+60 Photovoltaic Panels Will Be Fitted, Monocrystalline Pv Panels With 480 Wp Are Designed On Aluminum Structures In The Slope Designed For Straight Roofs With Sheet Metal Covering. For Straight Roofs With Asphalt Covering. There Is No Combination Of Different Types Of Panels Within One String. The Designed 104 Pcs Of Pv Panels Will Be Connected Via One (Or Two) Inverters, With A Total Rated Ac Power Of 45Kw. The Battery Storage With A Total Capacity Of 95.8 Kwh, Together With Other Technology, Will Be Located In A Separate Technological Room With Fire Resistance Of Walls And Doors Specified In The Pbr. The Battery Storage Consists Of Individual Modules, A Type Of Lifepo4 Batteries. The Battery Storage Includes Bms (Battery Management). The Storage System Will Be Equipped With A Dc Circuit Breaker For Any Disconnection Of Accumulation. Related Technological Switchboards Of The Fv System, Marked -Rdc For The Dc Part Of The System Will Be Located In Close Proximity To The Network Inverter. In The Case Of Installation Of A Photovoltaic (Fv) System, It Must Be Connected To The Safety Of Persons On Consumer Equipment Or Switchgear To Which The Power Supply From The Inverter According To Čsn 33 2000-7-712 Ed. 2, Art. 712.514.101, Given A Warning Indicating The Presence Of Photovoltaic Installation. The Technology Will Be Located In The Technical Room In The 1St Floor And Will Now Serve As A Technical Room For Pve Technology, Which Will Consist Of A Separate Fire Section. At The Pve Technology Site, The Switchboards, Inverters And A Battery Storage Composed Of Individual Modules, The Type Of Lifepo4 Batteries With A Total Capacity Of 95.8 Kwh, Will Be Placed. Mounted Photovoltaic Panels Must Meet The Requirements Of Čsn En 50380 Ed. 2. Furthermore, Power Optimizers Or Shut-Down Elements At The Level Of Individual Panels (Or For A Pair Of Pv Panels) Will Be Used To Meet The Requirements According To Čsn P 73 0847 Article 6.2: 3.2, So That In The Case Of Electricity According To Čsn 73 0848. All Individual Components Of The Pvp Must Be Subject To Further Possible Certification According To The Standards Of Czech And European (Or International) Law. The Subject Of The Public Contract Also Includes The Provision Of Service Services, As Described In Annex 2 - The Draft Contract For Work, And The Price Of Service Services Is Already Part Of The Total Value Of The Performance. The Contracting Authority States That The Financing Of The Public Contract Was Requested From The Subsidy Resources Of The Modernization Fund Of The State Environmental Fund. The Decision On The Granting Of The Subsidy Was Not Issued On The Date Of Public Procurement. More Information On The Subject Of Performance Is Given In Annex 1 - Project Documentation Including The Itemized Budget And The Fire Safety Solution Of This Call For Bids.
