Hardware Platfromy For The Implementation Of Specialist Training Implemented In The Basic Scope (Set Shown In The Table), Described In Annex 4 To Swz Must Be Implemented To The Organizational Units Of The Treasury Specified In The Contract Documents. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Services, The Manner Of Execution Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Contractor Specify The Following Documents: - Annex 4 To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Abbreviated Opz) And - Annex 3 To Swz, I.E. The Designed Contract Provisions Together With Annex 6. Purchase Implemented As Part Of The Project Entitled: Increasing The Effectiveness Of Conducting Long -Term Rescue Operations - Stage Ii. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Scope And Requirements Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 4 To Swz, With The Applicable Provisions And Standards In This Respect, The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge And The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, As Well As When Making Due Diligence. 8. The Employer Allows The Possibility Of Fulfilling The Contract By The Contractor Using Subcontractors Who Are Obliged To Indicate In Section D In Part Ii. The Date Of 09.01.2026 Refers To The Earliest Possible Date For The Subject Of The Contract. However, It Does Not Exclude The Possibility Of Performing Other Activities By The Ordering Party And The Recipient/User, Provided For During The Performance Of The Contract, In Particular Technical And Quality Acceptance And Training In The Field Of Service Of The Subject Of The Contract.
