The Contractors Tasks Will Include: A) The Current Support Of The Ordering Party In Contract Relationships With Highways Concessionaires In The Corridor A1, A2 And A4 (Among Others: Preparing Negotiating Positions, Participation In Negotiations Regarding Changes To Concession Contracts). B) Legal Consultancy In The Implementation Of Road Investments. C) Legal Assessment Of The Materials Transferred By The Employer And Representatives Of Other Entities Indicated By The Employer, In Particular Other Public Administration Bodies And Other External Advisers Of The Ordering Party, With Particular Emphasis On The Need To Reduce Risk And Threats To The Ordering Party, D) Participation In The Preparation Or Assessment Of Credit Agreements, Security Of Financial Obligations, Settlement Agreements In The Event Of Invalidity Of Direct Agreements Between The State Treasury Financing Entities, E) Legal Advice When Negotiating Contracts And Arrangements Of The Content Of Documents Related To Road Projects, F) Preparing Written Legal Opinions In The Scope Related To The Implementation Of Road Projects, G) Legal Advice When Conducting Proceedings Based On International Agreement On Support And Mutual Protection Of Investment, H) Preparation Exploitation Of The Highway, I) Representation Of Gddkia Before Courts, State Administration Bodies, Local Government And Before Other Offices And Institutions, Including European And International Institutions, In The Scope Of Conducted Proceedings, Unless It Is Contrary To The Provisions Of The Act On The General Prosecutors Office. The Number Of Working Hours Covered By The Order Is: 3000 Hours.
