Tenders are invited for The Procuring Entity shall engage Service Provider to maintain its operation smoothly for Schedule and Breakdown Maintenance of 11/0.4 kV, 11 KV & 0.4 KV Overhead lines, underground cables, 11/0.4KV distribution transformer, RMU, other Distribution Network related equipment and Troubleshooting as required in the Distribution Network of 19 nos. NOCS within the jurisdiction of DPDC Eligibility of Tenderer: 1) General Experience for Lot-1 to Lot-19: The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in contracting industries in public sector as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date. 2) Specific Experience: The Tenderer shall have specific experience for completion of at least 01 (One) contract of Distribution Support Services (DSS) or Line & Equipment Maintenance (LEM) or Construction/Maintenance contract focusing mainly 11 kV & 415 V voltage level Overhead Lines, Distribution Transformer & Ring Main Unit (RMU) in any public electricity utility in Bangladesh with following aggregated value within last 10 (Ten) years, years counting backward from Tender opening date. i. For Lot-01 & Lot-02: At least BDT 1,35,00,000/- (In Words One Crore Thirty Five Lakh BDT only) ii. For Lot-03 to Lot-19: At least BDT 1,20,00,000/- (In Words One Crore Twenty Lakh BDT Only) 3) Annual Turnover: The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the following amount mentioned against the lots over the last three years: i) For Lot-01 & Lot-02 : BDT 35,00,000/- (In Words Thirty Five Lakh BDT only) ii) For Lot-03 to Lot-19 : BDT 30,00,000/- (In Words Thirty Lakh BDT Only) 4) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be the following amount mentioned against the lots: i) For Lot-01 & Lot-02 : BDT 35,00,000/- (In Words Thirty Five Lakh BDT only) ii) For Lot-03 to Lot-19 : BDT 30,00,000/- (In Words Thirty Lakh BDT Only) 5) Details and other qualification criteria as mentioned in Tender Document.
