Eligibility of Tenderer: (i) Minimum average annual construction turnover USD 40 million during last five(5) years (ii) Participation in at least one similar contact to the proposed works within last ten (10) years successfully or substantially completed where the value of the bidders participation exceeds USD 36 million. (iii) Demonstrates total financial resources required equal to or above the USD 5.5 million for subject contact. (iv) Construction of Pipe lines more than 225 km (63mm to above) in one contract. (v) Horizontal directional drilling (HDD)/ Pipe Jacking Method of pipelines under river, Canal, railways and roads lengths = 100m (vi) DMA (District Metering Area) established in one contract = 20 nos.
