The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is To Select A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Completion Of The Investment Task Entitled Implementation Of The Gym At The Primary School In Rdziostów In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Msit Olimpia Program. The Member Is Co-Financed From The State Budget Under The Olimpia Program-A Program Of Building School Sports Halls For The 100Th Anniversary Of The First Performances Of The Polish National Team At The Olympic Games. The Order Of The Order Construction Of A Connector With The School Building. The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain An Use Permit. The Contractor Must Offer: 1) At Least 3 Years Of Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract; 2) 5 Years Of Warranty Period For The Entire Subject Of The Contract.
