Work Detail

1 The Subject Of The Contract Includes Transport From The Place Of Residence Of Students To Kindergartens And Schools In The Commune Of Szczesna And The City Of Częstochowa And A Return From The Abovementioned Institutions For The Place Of Residence Of Students, As Well As Providing Care During Transport.2 The Service Is Planned To Include 25 Disabled Students: Delivery Of Disabled Children To Educational Institutions In The 2025/2026 School Year In The Period From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026 -207 Days -With Excluding Holidays And School Holidays, Public Holidays, Free Days Established By The Decisions Of The Directors Days When Schools Are Closed For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1A To Swz4 The Estimated Amount In Km Carried Out A Day Is 250 Km By The Planned Number Of Delivery Days, I.E. 207 Days5, The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The European Parliament And The Eu 2016/679 Council Of 27 April 2016 On The Protection Of Natural Persons In Connection With The Process Personal Data And On The Free Flow Of Such Data And The Deletion Of Directive 95/46/Ec (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal Of Laws Eu L 119 Of 04.05.2016) And The Act Of 29 August 1997 On The Protection Of Personal Data (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1781, As Amended). After The Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Agreement As A Result Of The Decision Of This Procedure, The Contractor Undertakes To Conclude A Contract Of Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data With The Employer (Data Administrator) In Accordance With The Above Provisions. 5. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supervise The Order, In Particular To: 1) Demand For Insight Of Documents Confirming The Efficiency Of Motor Vehicles And Registration Documents Of Motor Vehicles, 2) Demands To View Documents Of Driver And Guardians, Confirming Qualifications For The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 3) Controlling The Timeliness And Employment Of Persons Performed, Based On The Approved Schedule Of Student Delivery. Considering The Requirements Of Art. 100 Para. 1 And Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, I.E. That The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Implemented Taking Into Account The Needs Of All Users, Including Ensuring Accessibility For Disabled People, The Contracting Authority Informs That Adequate To The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requires That Vehicles Intended For The Implementation Of The Contract Meet All Requirements For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including The Vehicle Should Be Equipped With A Lift, Or A Drive, Or An Elevator Enabling A Freedom Disabled In A Wheelchair.
