The Scope Of The Order Includes The Development Of A Functional And Utility Program For Building A Bicycle Road Along Ul. Zbylitowska On The Basis Of Which The Design Documentation Will Be Developed Necessary To Obtain Zrid Decision And The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including: 1) Implementation Of The Current Situational And Severity Map For Design Purposes On A Scale Of 1: 500, 2) Developing The Concept Of Expansion Of Poviat Road No. 1350 Ul. Zbylitowska In Tarnów Consisting In The Construction Of A Road For Bicycles, With A Bituminous Surface, Which Will Be A Connection With Existing Bicycle Roads, On The Section From The Intersection With Ul. Chemical To The East Of About 240M. The Concept Should Include: A) Situational And Severity Plan On A Minimum Scale Of 1: 500 Along With Intersections, With Basic Elements Of Traffic Organization And Road Development, Including Taking Into Account Pedestrian Crossings And Crossing For Cyclists Through Existing Roads, B) Description Of Road Solutions Taking Into Account The Construction Of A Road For Bicycles Along With Crossings And Crossings, C) Monitoring Of The Bicycle Path Along With The Bicycle Path The Possibility Of Counting Cyclists And Supplying Fiber Optic And Power Network, D) Technological Channel, E) Typical Cross-Sections, 3) Execution And/Or Acquisition On The Basis Of The Concept Approved By The Contracting Authority: A) Geotechnical Opinion In Order To Document Soil And Water Conditions Together With The Performance Of Geological Tests (In Places Agreed With The Ordering Party) To The Extent Necessary For The Correct Development Of Documentation And Other Needs Imposed At The Stage Of Arrangements And Giving Opinions On Documentation Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, B) Arrangements, Permits, Decisions, Opinions, Reports, Expertise, Conditions From Network Gestors And From The Road And Communication Board In Tarnów, As Well As Materials Necessary To Develop Project Documentation And Perform The Scope Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Road Investment, C) Traffic Tests In Accordance With The Guidelines Of Traffic Measurements, In A Place Agreed With The Employer, D) Noise And Other Nuisance, E) Data On The Pollution Of The Atmosphere Necessary For Air Protection Analysis And Reports, Opinions Or Expertise In The Field Of Environmental Protection, F) Inventory Of Greenery, G) Conservation Recommendations Of The Conservator Of Monuments, H) Program, H) Functional And Utility In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 20 December 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works As Well As A Functional And Utility Program, I) List Of Planned Costs Of Design Works And Construction Works (Semal List Of Costs) In Accordance With The Guidelines Included In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development A
