The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Work In The Design And Build System Consisting Of: 1)) Developing Design Documentation Of The Small Architecture Industry (Playground) Together With A Building Permit Or Submitting A Application Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit, And With The Transfer Of Original Property Rights In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Terms Of The Provisions Of The Contract, With The Law Exercising Of Proprietary Rights To Project Documentation In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Of Copies And Cd/Dvd Media, On Which The Project Documentation Was Recorded; 2)) Performing Construction Works, Including Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Works According To Prepared Project Studies In Accordance With The Project Documentation Having A Notification Of Construction Works Not Requiring A Building Permit Together With The Development Of As -Built Documentation, Including The Transfer Of Original Property Rights In The Scope And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions To The Extent And On The Principles Set Out In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Of Cd/Dvd Copies And Media, On Which As -Built Documentation Was Recorded. 2. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Functional And Utility Program - Annex 5 To Swz.
